We serve clients throughout the midwest and are available for destination weddings.
Our clientele averages a median budget of $75,000 with an average guest count of 200.
We are a boutique coordination firm, serving a limited number of clients each year to ensure that we provide impeccable service and your wedding or event is truly one-of-a-kind.
Full Service Wedding Planning and Design
You've said "Yes!" and are ready to begin the journey of planning your wedding celebration. Our Full Service package is for the bride and groom that want to be a collaborative part of the team, but trust us to use our experience and resources to bring their vision to life. We serve as your guide and sounding board from the very beginning of the planning process all the way through to the end of your wedding day. In addition to curating the finest vendor team and prettiest designs, we are there to assist you in developing a strategic budget and customized planning timeline to ensure that all priorities, visions and dreams are accounted for. Once the groundwork is laid, let us help you through the overwhelming components of the process such as venue and vendor selection, event design, contract review, menu selection, layouts and logistics, timelines and event flow. Owner, Madison Sanders works exclusively with our Full Service Wedding Planning and Design clients.
Event Management
We believe this is the package that every client deserves to have. Event Management is for the couple and families that have been able to plan each detail of their wedding day and still desire to enjoy every moment of it. With Event Management, one of our MSE Event Producers will begin working with you four weeks out from your wedding date to ensure that all of your bases are covered and no stone has been left unturned. Our job is to become the point of contact for all of your vendors in hopes that your last bit of your engagement can be worry-free and relaxing. We work with you to craft customized day-of timelines for your vendors and bridal party to stay on track on the wedding day. Your selected Event Producer is present at both the final walk through meeting with your venue and will serve as the director on the wedding day to make sure that all of the plans you have worked so hard to create are executed flawlessly. Brides and grooms say that this investment was absolutely necessary for them and their families to enjoy their celebration to the fullest.
Celebration Consultation
For the client that needs a little confidence, encouragement and guidance throughout their planning process, MSE's Celebration Consultations are a great tool to provide direction or planning expertise. These one-hour sessions are best for the bride and groom who may not be able to hire a full service wedding planner, but still want to make smart investment decisions in their planning process to achieve a memorable event for all involved. Come prepared with questions, contracts or budgets to review, hot topics or concepts you would like to discuss with a trusted and experienced professional and leave feeling confident and prepared to face your next task in the planning process. Celebration Consultations are priced at $150/hour.
